For this week’sĀ Stacking the ShelvesĀ blogĀ post, I’m very excited that, the newest books to my collection are all very different!
First, I lucked out and found a copy of The Husband’s Secret by Liane Moriarty at the library — for just one dollar!
This book has been high on my list of books-to-read for quite a while now, especially because it comes so highly recommended by two of my favoriteĀ coworkers who love to talk about books, Jaime (@JC0404) and Laura (@Lagnella)! I started reading it this week and can’t wait to chat with them about it.
Next, my husband brought home aĀ book for both of us to read called Vitamin N by Richard Louv. This book looks awesome!
It’s full of essays, resources, and ideas to connect with nature, live a healthier life, and bring happiness to our family and community.
Finally, I received a copy of Hacking Education by Mark Barnes and Jennifer Gonzalez at Edcamp Garden State today.
This book is a part of the Hack Learning Series, and I’m excited to add it to my professional collection and share the ideas I learn from it with my colleagues.
What’s new on your bookshelf this week?
~MelissaĀ
So glad you got Hacking Education. Despite Liane Moriarty attracting more female readers, I loved Big Little Lies! I listened to the audiobook. Great story and characters. I’ll have to check out Vitamin N. I also need to start sharing out my reading shelf more often!
